How to Download a Flash Movie

Have you ever watched a Flash animation on the Internet or played a Flash-based game that you wanted access to easily, or without an Internet connection? This simple tutorial will tell you how to download it easily. Note: This tutorial was designed by a user of Internet Explorer. If you use a different browser but can still locate your temporary Internet files, then it may still work. STEPS :
Downloading From The Browser Cache
1. Open Internet Explorer, or use your computers search tool to locate your temporary Internet files and skip to step 3 if you use a different browser. 2. Open the tools menu, and click Internet options .Under the general tab and in the temporary Internet files category, select settings, then view files. 3. Right-click and sort files by address, and locate the address that you found the file on. The website may have a prefix page to it, such as farm.addictinggames.com, so you may need to look hard. 4. Look at the files under the address found earlier, and locate the files with a .swf extension. 5. Locate the file you want, right click it, copy it, then paste it into a folder of your choosing. 6. You may not be able to run the file directly. If this occurs, open an Internet browser and the folder so they are both onscreen simultaneously. Click the file, and drag it into the body of the browser. It should then run.
Use a Third-Party Video Download Program
There are a few programs for Windows that make the process of Flash Movies a snap. TheReplay Media Catcher Video Downloader is a great way to do this, and it's free for use with YouTube. Just open the software, click Record, and play your video. The original files are saved, and automatically renamed to the title of the video.
